Services provided

Samana Afford LLC provides e-commerce website development, product and market research, educational content, coaching and launch support. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the proposal or agreement provided to the client.

No guarantee of results

  • Business results vary from client to client.
  • No sales, revenue, traffic, profit or income is guaranteed.
  • Product research identifies potential opportunities based on available market information and does not guarantee product performance.
  • Coaching and educational information is general in nature and should not be interpreted as financial, legal or tax advice.

Client responsibilities

  • Clients remain responsible for operating, managing and growing their own businesses.
  • Clients are responsible for complying with applicable laws, taxes, business registration requirements, platform policies, advertising rules and product regulations.
  • Clients are responsible for supplier relationships, order fulfillment, customer service and the accuracy of the content they approve for their store.
  • Clients must provide timely information, feedback and access needed to complete the work.

Timelines

Project timelines depend on the complexity and requirements of each store, and on how quickly the client provides required information, assets and approvals. Estimated timelines are provided after consultation.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client owns the store content and assets delivered for their business. Samana Afford LLC retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, research frameworks and educational materials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samana Afford LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or business losses arising from the use of our services, the operation of a client store, or reliance on educational content.
