Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom work

Research, design and development hours cannot be returned once performed. Amounts covering work already completed or in progress at the time of a cancellation request are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our email address.
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, amounts paid for unstarted work may be refunded.
• If a project is cancelled after work begins, any refund is calculated based on the portion of the agreed scope not yet delivered.
• Completed coaching sessions, delivered research and completed development milestones are not refundable.

Rescheduling coaching

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Missed sessions without notice may be treated as delivered.

Business outcomes

Refunds are not issued based on business results. Business results vary, no sales or income are guaranteed, and product research does not guarantee product performance. Clients remain responsible for operating their businesses and for complying with applicable laws, taxes, platform policies and product regulations.

Third-party costs

Fees paid to third parties — domains, platform subscriptions, apps, advertising or payment processors — are governed by those providers and are not refundable by Samana Afford LLC.
